Coaching Agreement
This is a Coaching Agreement for your company to engage the Coaching services of Jung Chun.
Either party can cancel with 30 days email notice.
Access to Jung, within reason. Anything excessive should be discussed beforehand.
Extra hours will be charged at our hourly rate but will be discussed with you first.
Whilst Jung Chun will take care to provide the services in a proper and efficient manner, it shall have no liability to the Client for anything other than a breach by Jung Chun of an express provision of this agreement.
Jung Chun shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special loss, and in no event shall the liability of Jung Chun to the Client in aggregate exceed the amount of the Base Fee received by Jung Chun from the Client pursuant to this agreement.
By subscribing to the Biz Gym, you agree with the above terms & conditions and authorise Jung Chun to provide coaching services to your company.
